Yanjie Yu, RD, CDCES

Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist

My approach to diabetes education and management is to make certain the participants fully understand the condition by providing them with resources, education, guidance and emotional support. Then I work with the participants to formulate an individualized care plan to prevent diabetes related complications and improve their lives. I am thrilled to be part of the Cecelia Health team full of people who are innovative and enthusiastic about diabetes education.
