Prior to starting her own business, Susan led the marketing turnaround for the U.S. Diabetes business as VP of U.S. Marketing for Bayer Diabetes Care.
While at Bayer Healthcare, Susan led the integrated communication development for two highly innovative global launches in the Diabetes Category. During her time as the VP of the U.S. Nivea business, Susan drove the Division to double its sales through the successful launches of Nivea Visage Q10, Nivea Body Firming Lotion, and Nivea for Men. At her time as the VP of Marketing at Beiersdorf, Susan also grew the Eucerin and Aquaphor businesses by further leveraging their strong medical heritage into new distribution channels and categories, including diabetes.
Susan’s partnership with Cecelia Health began during her tenure as VP U.S. Marketing at Bayer. Understanding that true diabetes Management begins with empowering the patient to understand and take control of life with Diabetes, she wanted to offer her consumers the chance to benefit from the personalized coaching and content offered by the Cecelia Health program.
