Robert has a proven track record for the past twenty years in healthcare marketing.
Robert's primary focus has been supporting sales forces by creating marketing vision and strategy through planning, development, and implementation of all marketing/outreach initiatives, with a focus on targeting prospective customers/members, building customer awareness, generating customer leads and driving engagement. These programs have generated in excess of over 200 million in incremental revenues.
On the consumer side, he has developed and implemented acquisition and retention programs utilizing multi-wave, multi-channel marketing campaign strategy and tactical plans to acquire new prospects via targeted programs for ACA, Medicare, dental and vision programs totaling over 500,000 new accounts over his career.
Robert has worked on the client and agency side managing programs for: Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Florida Blue, Physicians Mutual, UnitedHealth group OptumRX, UPMC, NBTY, LSC Health, Wilen Health, NY Cancer and PWC Health.
Robert has type 2 diabetes and has a clear understanding of Cecelia Health’s mission to enrich the lives and improve the health outcomes of people living with chronic diseases. Robert attended S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and has been married to his wife for over 18 years with three beautiful children. Robert hobbies are Model Railroading, Salt Water Fish & Cycling.
