Regina has over 15 years of corporate finance and strategy experience working with emerging technology and healthcare companies.
Prior to joining Cecelia Health, Regina was a consultant to healthcare innovators including Otsuka Pharmaceutical where she contributed to the company’s entry into digital therapeutics and its alliance with Click Therapeutics, and FleurirABX, a specialty pharmaceutical company developing new treatments for drug resistant infectious diseases. Regina has held finance leadership roles at several healthcare operating companies. As CFO at Kurron & Co., a hospital management company, she provided financial stewardship to New York based independent hospitals adapting to state Commission on Health Care Facilities reforms.
Regina was SVP of Finance and Strategic Planning at Comprehensive Neuroscience, a venture capital portfolio company that conducted clinical trials for major pharmaceutical companies on a national scale and commercialized a novel technology-based care management program for psychiatric populations through its Care Management Technologies division. Its disease management program was adopted by 25 states’ Medicaid through a strategic partnership with Lilly, and several leading Medicare plans including Humana. Regina was also a Vice President at GE Equity, a $2.0B direct investments unit of General Electric, where she led venture capital stage investments in early internet-technology companies as a deal team member.
Regina holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Accounting from St. John’s University.
