Phil Gisser retired from Booz, Allen, & Hamilton and is president of Gisser & Associates, management consultants, concentrating on growth and innovation in healthcare, chemicals, plastics, and related industries. He has directed several hundred consulting projects focused largely on business strategy, commercial development, new products, venture planning and acquisition assessment and integration. Other experience includes technical, marketing and management positions in major corporations.
Mr. Gisser wrote and lectured on a wide range of innovation, commercial development and marketing subjects. His book, Launching The New Industrial Product is recognized as the major reference volume in this area. He contributed to the CDA-sponsored resource book, Successful Product and Business Development.
He served as a leader in a number of business and professional organizations, including a term as international president of the Business Marketing Association, an international organization, with 5,000 members in 39 chapter cities.
