Michael brings years of healthcare experience to Cecelia Health in his role as VP of Customer Success.
Michael’s healthcare career began in the health insurance industry working with statisticians and analysts to utilize business intelligence and analytical applications to drive critical business decisions and define process efficiency. Later, he headed company wide teams in implementing and supporting claims processing systems.
Further diversifying his healthcare experience, Michael has spent the last several years working for software vendors as a leader of implementation services that help health plan and hospital organizations improve operational efficiency, analytical reporting and business process workflows.
