David has worked in healthcare sales and marketing for more than 25 years. Most recently he served as President of The Fields Group, where he consulted on organizational design, product strategy, and people development.
Prior to launching The Fields Group, David was Vice President, Sales at BD – Diabetes Care. He has also led the sales and marketing efforts for major brands in diabetes, cardiovascular disease, mental health and several other therapeutic categories for GlaxoSmithKline, J&J and Novo Nordisk.
David leverages his training as a professional coach to identify and develop talent for organizations, and has coached clients from Europe to Australia. When he is not focused on business and people development, David works with members of his college fraternity to mentor young men, and provide services to hospitalized patients.
David holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Columbia University, and has completed Executive training in marketing and finance at the University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife Holly enjoy traveling and spending time at the beach with their sons Malcolm and Martin.
